I was happy with the location, but the showers were a nightmare: hot water would run out quickly, then the temperature dropped to cold and I had to keep holding the shower head because the handle was broken. The “window” on the wall was a joke, and the electric blanket controls didn’t work at all.

We had a fantastic stay, largely thanks to Mike, the owner, who was very helpful, friendly, and attentive. When we noticed an unpleasant smell in our original room, he upgraded us to a VIP room, which we really appreciated. However, the staff struggled to communicate in English, making it hard to express our needs. The breakfast on the first day was very basic and some of the bread was mouldy, which was disappointing and raised concerns about food quality and freshness. Thankfully, breakfast on the second day was much better with a good buffet selection. Overall, Mike’s hospitality and helpfulness were highlights, but better English communication and more consistent breakfast quality and food safety would make the hotel a much better experience.

We had a fantastic stay at Sapa Paradise Hotel and were impressed by the excellent service throughout our visit. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located in the city center, making it easy to walk to restaurants, shops, and local attractions. The staff were warm, professional, and always willing to assist with any request. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and provided everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We truly felt welcomed and would happily stay here again when visiting Sapa. Nothing at all. Everything met or exceeded our expectations, and we had a wonderful experience from check-in to check-out

The property has an excellent location. It is very near Sapa square and located close to eateries, cafe and shopping marts. The host Mike was helpful from Day 1. Well before we reached we were taken care of in every way
