The rooms were clean and tidy, and the hotel was very quiet, but we wished the breakfast offered more variety; there were no warm cooked eggs or fried bacon, only two containers of scrambled eggs, and the portions on plates were very small. The cheese, sausage and ham selection could have been larger, and we were reluctant to eat too much so as not to leave leftovers for other guests. We only had a quarter‑hour to eat.

Breakfast was very diverse and we liked the many breakfast rooms; the spot by Brombachsee was perfect for relaxing and hiking, but the mattresses were very saggy.

A cozy small hotel, everything very clean! The staff were super nice, even to our kids, and very family‑friendly; we felt very comfortable.
