“Relax, benessere e ospitalità al top!”

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Terme Miramonte & Mare! The thermal treatments are superb and the indoor pool with the Kneipp circuit is perfect for unwinding. The staff are extremely kind and always helpful, and the restaurant food is delicious, featuring fresh local dishes. It’s a wellness and relaxation experience I recommend to everyone! I didn’t find anything negative.

“Ottima Offerta”

The stay at Hotel Terme Miramonte & Mare was excellent: the building feels welcoming, the staff are friendly and always ready to help, rooms are spotless and the surroundings are well maintained with pleasant thermal areas to unwind. The food was good and the location makes it easy to get around the island. It was a relaxing stay, perfect for anyone looking for peace and wellness in Ischia. The only downside was the low number of people and activities on the island during the winter period.

“Un vero schifo”

The experience was absolutely terrible in every respect; the staff and management failed to handle guests properly. We were told the beach shuttle service was available with schedules given over the phone, but when we arrived the staff said it was not operating, which was difficult with a 3‑year‑old child. The staff tried to dismiss the inconvenience. The cherry on top was a dinner with guests that was literally embarrassing: tiny portions, soggy risotto that had probably been reheated multiple times, no sides, and a second course that seemed like leftover appetizers for the modest €100 fee. When we brought this to the manager’s attention, they offered a bunch of excuses and claimed the kitchen closes at 9 pm, along with many other lies and aggression. It is far from a 4‑star hotel.

Everything was perfect; for the price paid the services were excellent, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Nothing to complain about.
