I was very disappointed. The airport transfer was confirmed but never provided, leaving us stranded at the airport in the middle of the night. The room had a strong cigarette smell, was dirty, and there was no hot water. The bathroom was tiny and uncomfortable. The only bright spot was the friendly staff.

Great accommodation in Bakırköy with a really nice breakfast. The area is excellent and close to the main tourist attractions. I’ll definitely stay here again when I’m in Istanbul.
