Everything was terrible: staff were incompetent and rude, rooms were awful, cleanliness was poor, there was no internet or working TV, the bathroom door was broken on the hinges and wouldn’t close, and the place was infested with cockroaches.

The location was good and the place was clean except for a cigarette butt on the floor, which the staff didn’t seem to care about.

The room was crawling with cockroaches—walls, bed, everywhere. We asked for a new room, but the next one still had trash and the beds were left exactly as the previous guests had. Every room seemed infested; it was utterly unsanitary and unacceptable.

The place was filthy—roaches everywhere, no hot water, and housekeeping didn't clean the rooms properly.

Roaches everywhere, an infestation that made sheets and walls dirty, a nasty microwave and fridge, a TV remote that didn't work, no functioning plugs in the rooms, horrible service, and roaches.
