I was greeted by helpful staff, but the corner room we got had a door that opened straight into the toilet side, which felt odd and made me think I’d booked a Novotel service apartment instead of the hotel.

The scent was pleasant, the lobby was cool, water was provided on demand, a robot delivered it straight to the room, the shower was great, the bed was comfortable, and the slippers and robe were fabulous; the only downside was the lack of grocery stores nearby.
