“Ótima localização com conforto e delicioso desjejum”

The room was truly quiet even though the hotel is very well situated in the walled city and close to the bustle; the air conditioning and shower were excellent. Breakfast could have been at Alfiz or the other two network hotels (Casona del Colegio and another I forgot the name of) and I could also have used the pool and gym at those nearby hotels. The breakfast itself was delicious and served in a refrigerated setting, which made me prefer walking five minutes to enjoy it there. Because there was no internet during my stay, I received a discount. If there had been Wi‑Fi, it would have been a problem; the manager reimbursed me for the cost of good quality internet outside since the mobile data didn’t work inside my accommodation, as often happens in buildings with very thick walls.

I stayed in a roomy, comfy room, but the pool felt like a tiny basin; we didn’t get to use the hotel’s partner spa, and there was a vacant jacuzzi on the rooftop terrace. Still, the spot was pleasant.

“muy mal”

The place is pretty and right in the middle of everything, so you can walk to most spots. But when you check out you have to drop the keys at reception and they don’t really own up to anything. We found no one in charge, just a friendly girl who said she was a trainee. It turns out this hotel is basically the same as Hotel La Casona and another nearby spot that get the real staff. The worst part? Someone broke into our room and stole all the console games.

“Ubicación excelente”

The place has a rustic, old‑school vibe that actually works. We ate breakfast at the other two hotels in the group – everything was tasty and there were loads of options. We also used their pool. The location is killer – right in the historic center, inside the old walls, so you can wander around without worry. The downside was our room was on the lower floor next to the coffee bar, so the noise from the breakfast area kept us from sleeping.

“Nice location, cozy, no wifi”

Location is solid, staff are friendly, the room is cozy with great AC. Breakfast at the sister hotels was good too. The only gripe: no Wi‑Fi. They said they'd fix it, but after three days nothing changed. Maybe I should have asked for a discount.
