The staff at Redwings feel like family, the rooms are clean and straightforward, the pillows are good, and there are plenty of sockets, but the TV remotes are old, worn, and often unreadable.

The hotel’s location is great for Birmingham Airport, offers free car parking, and the nights were comfortable.

The staff at reception were wonderful and a breath of fresh air on a busy day The room was clean tidy and comfortable, and the noise level was a perfect level of quiet for an incredibly comfortable sleep. The housekeeping staff were a little rude upon knocking on my door and seemed irritable upon being told I had paid for late checkout. Other than that the stay was perfect
