The staff were friendly and helpful, which made a difference. Unfortunately, the fans barely cooled the room on a hot day and they were pretty noisy.

The host was incredibly kind and the service was excellent, plus the hotel is right near all the coffee‑region attractions, which made us feel safe and comfortable. No real complaints at all.
