Very good breakfast lot of choice. After booking and paying over 26,000peso for a deluxe double & premier room next to each other or opposite each I was given 1room on level 4 & 1 room on level 9, after complaint they told me I could have both rooms on level 9 for extra 1500peso, which was not right

I liked that the property was comfortable and in a great location, and overall I had a pleasant stay. The hair dryer was not working, but everything else was good.

The location was great, just a short walk to shops and restaurants. The room needed a lot of TLC: there were damage with bits hanging off, old paint, dirty curtains, and the evaporated air conditioning really struggled during the day. Breakfast was okay. We couldn’t get a double bed and had to sleep on two single beds, so it just wasn’t worth the price you paid for the room. The pool was great for an afternoon swim, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The location was good. The bathroom is really old.

The A/C works very well, the hotel’s location is great, and the room size is exceptional. Breakfast is awesome with a lot of food to choose from. I didn’t like the whole lobby experience; it seems like employees are less accommodating and not so friendly. The A/C in the lobby isn’t working and it’s very hot.
