“Wegen der Lage ganz passabel, aber ansonsten keine Empfehlung.”
The location near the Vaporetto Terminal Fusina was very good, so Venice was easily reachable. The simple accommodation had mold in the bathroom and smelled unpleasant.
The hotel is in a good spot for a trip to Velence. The café and restaurant offer a very good, refined, delicious selection. Unfortunately, swimming in the sea was missing. Some guests slept outside before check‑in and stayed there for a long time, making noise. Cleanliness could still be improved. Parking spaces were limited.
Swim‑wear is required at the pool.

It’s a nice spot, but you can’t swim unless you bring a cover.
