The location is convenient, the restaurant downstairs is great, the rooms are comfortable. There are no disposable hygiene items, rooms are not cleaned properly, dust on the bed, columns have mirrors with cracks, not all room categories have a bathrobe.

The spot is great, the staff are friendly, and the rooms are clean and comfy. Nothing to complain about.

Located right in the historic centre, breakfast starts at 07:30 which is super convenient. The restaurant Chelentano Pizza offers a varied buffet. My room on the 7th floor has a balcony with a city view. The rooms aren’t huge, but everything fits neatly. There’s a mini kettle and the iron is on the 6th floor. The mattress is comfortable, everything is spotless, and the renovation feels new. Entry to the room is via a card that also powers the lights. The only issue might be parking for cars.

The price and service are solid. We had to find parking ourselves, and the room is a bit tiny.

The spot in Kyiv has the best staff. The room was dirty, not ready, and we had to wait a long time. When we tried to leave, we couldn’t enter the room, had to return to reception for a new key, and never received a bill.
