“Todo mentira”
It’s not a spa. I think it’s a summer hotel because it has a nice pool and that’s it. The “Hamman” (or whatever they’ve called it) is a heated room that costs €10 on top. It’s misleading advertising and they should fix everything. It isn’t a spa because it has nothing. They used the word spa to trick us into their false marketing. The building is new and very clean. The staff are friendly, but nothing matches what’s on the website or on booking. Honestly, I don’t know how they won’t compensate those of us who were misled. It’s more than 40 minutes by car from Marrakech and the roads are unsafe. I paid for four nights and left on the second because the shower water wasn’t hot. There’s no TV with channels, not even in Arabic. If you want to watch something you have to plug in your own phone. The breakfast was honestly terrible. I think the only good parts of the hotel were the reception guy and the lady who cleaned/cooked, because they were polite and kind. They should remove the SPA title, drop the stars, and only open from May to October. The rest should shut down because it’s not suitable.
