I met some genuinely nice people there, which was a highlight. Unfortunately, the cleanliness left a lot to be desired – the shared areas, especially the toilets and showers, were pretty gross, so I’d steer clear if you’re picky about hygiene.

The front desk staff were super welcoming and the room was spotless; the housekeeper was on top of cleaning, even the public bathroom stayed tidy. It’s right next to the subway and a little commercial lane full of food stalls, pool tables and massage spots, which made getting around a breeze.
