The arrival day was fantastic; the chef cooked the best steaks I've ever had in South Africa, and the bar and lounge were lovely. The room was beautiful, the bed and bathroom superb, and I appreciated the secure area that let me stroll around the lake, which doubles as a bird sanctuary.

Superbe hôtel, équipe aux petits soins ! Emplacement idéal près de l’aéroport. Le petit-déjeuner et le dîner étaient incroyables avec un chef qui cuisine devant nous en direct. Rien à dire 😊

Absolutely amazing place, rooms are fantastic. Beds are really comfy, food amazing, staff very friendly and great communication. Highly recommend. Will be back again!

The rooms were good, clean and comfortable, but some staff were not very welcoming; I felt like I was inconveniencing them when asking for anything. They didn’t keep the public areas tidy—used cups or glasses were left around for hours. On the front balcony there were two huge screws sticking up from the floor and nails protruding from the wall that you lean against to view the lake, both a health & safety issue for guests.
