I slept very comfortably, but the towel‑handling staff used the guest elevator, which was not supposed to be used by them, causing a wait of over three minutes. Breakfast wasn’t offered at check‑in and I wasn’t told about it until I asked, only to find out one person costs two hundred. The night‑shift lady was rude and the car had a hard time getting in and out.

The public areas are decked out with cute decorations that make for great photo ops, but the room didn’t feel particularly clean and my kids kept having allergy flare‑ups inside, and although there is a kids’ playroom it’s usually locked and you have to go to the front desk on the first floor, pay a deposit and collect a key, which isn’t very convenient.
