The place was clean, luxurious, authentic and modern, and it felt safe. The breakfast was generous and filling with many beverages, and all the staff were amazing; the owner was a lovely lady who made you feel welcome and at home. The rooms were comfortable and relaxing, equipped with smart TVs and stained‑glass arched windows, hot water, and were cleaned and turned over daily. There was a roof terrace, and breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks were all available. I left my charger and a staff member kindly retrieved it for me – customer service went above and beyond! I gave it a 10/10, and the owner even gave me a gift.

“Trés heureuse”

The staff were genuinely pleasant—Khalti Rachida, Amina Llah, and Abderrahmane all made a great impression with their warm welcome and attentive service, and the breakfast was delicious; the only downside was the location.

“Ottima soluzione a Fes”

The staff’s hospitality, the room décor and the Riad’s furnishings, the breakfast, and the quietness of the room were all excellent; we were the only guests in the Riad due to low season, which let us enjoy even more peace and the owners’ attention; the location was convenient for visiting Fes, and there was nothing to complain about.

“Recomiendo !”

I totally recommend this place; the staff were always friendly, the shower and A/C worked flawlessly, it’s close to many spots, and Abdul helped me navigate the complicated Medina so I never got lost—everyone was helpful, which really matters.
