The selection of things to do was excellent, and the food was hot and tasted good. I was extremely pleased with everything.

“Bathroom out of order”

The front office staff were friendly and the room looked nice, but we couldn’t use the shower because it was full of black mold 😷. We had to keep the door shut and only go in to use the toilet. The housekeeper sprayed something on it and we left the fan running all the time. We were visiting relatives in Castle Rock, so it was very embarrassing. We’ll make sure to tell all the relatives.

“Motel 6 quality at Hilton prices”

The location was convenient for the highway, but there were no pull‑through or trailer spots. They rebooked us into an ADA room because no pet‑friendly rooms were available. The carpet had smashed gum embedded in it, was ripped, and had sticking‑up areas that were a tripping hazard. The bathroom smelled like chemicals and fumes, and a window was left open during a massive thunderstorm, making the room damp. When I spoke to the front desk, they offered Lysol spray for the odor. Overall it was disappointing for the price and didn’t match the standard of other Comfort Suites.

The property was very accommodating to my physical needs; I had a prior fall before arriving at the hospital and had no issues getting around with crutches and a knee scooter. The facility staff were amazing and helped whenever I needed it. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff worked with me and made everything possible.
