“Zac Brown in Town”

The room was adequate size for King listing. Alot of channels on TV along with some premium movies. Was perfect for our needs attending a concert 10 minutes down the road. Just off rte. 40, a major highway in the Greensboro area. Much bigger compact refrigerator than normally found in hotels. Overall, a very adequate Inn to spend the night after attending an event in the area. Somewhat small bathroom with limited water pressure from the shower. Some fixtures were loose in tub. Low stock of towels but will give more upon request. Breakfast somewhat limited. No hot food except for Belgium Waffle

“It was ok for what we needed”

The room was clean, but the air conditioner had an awful smell that hit you right away. I mentioned it to the gentleman at the desk when I checked out. Aside from that, everything was fine.

“Disappointed”

The room was clean, but the breakfast was a joke – you can't expect a waffle maker and bagels and still call it a bed‑and‑breakfast.

The location was nice, close to UNCG. On the first day we had to yank the door open just to get into the hotel and into our rooms. One room’s door opened fine, the other wouldn’t; after going to the front desk three times they suggested we might need a battery and called maintenance. The hallway carpet was nasty and dirty, the floor wavy and uneven. The rooms were clean but still had a musty smell; the chair and ottoman were yellow with visible stains. Bathrooms were small and cramped, and the shower had mold on the grout.

“It was good everything was how I expected it to be”

The room and the hallway illusion were good. The only downside was no ice and the sheets were a little dirty.
