Both dinner and breakfast were tasty, and I was satisfied with the sake tasting. The water in the room’s toilet only trickled slowly.

The location was great and the morning buffet offered a decent selection, but the power outlets were terribly placed—none near the bed, which is useless in a smartphone‑centric age. There was no hair‑dryer in the room; I understand there’s no bathtub, but a dryer should at least be provided.

The onsen and the front‑desk staff were nice, yet the room lacked a bathtub or even a shower stall. It felt more like a nursing home or hospital, making me feel as if I were admitted.

The on‑site hot spring and sauna are nice, but the bath closes at 24:00, so if you drink and head back you can’t use it.
