The bed was comfortable and the linens were clean, but the lights were out, the TV had no remote, there was no air conditioning, and my room lacked a shower. The swimming pool was dirty and the staff were unfriendly.

The bed was comfortable, yet there were no towels, the TV was broken and barely hanging, there was no coffee and I had to ask someone for a spoon. The curtains looked shabby, the overall appearance was run‑down and needed a makeover, and there was no welcome or reception desk.
