I called again to follow up and confirmed that the refund had not been credited to my account. Despite their previous promises, they still failed to process the refund. It wasn’t clear who was supposed to make the coffee—no instructions on whether staff would start the coffee maker or it was the client’s responsibility. The shower room needs renovation, it was too warm in the room, and I had no control over the AC.
