The staff were excellent, the aquarium was amazing, the pool was at the perfect temperature, breakfast was great, and the lobby and indoor courtyard looked beautiful, but the room was dark and could use better lighting.

The breakfast was good, but the minifridge wasn’t clean.

The staff were awesome and she showed us how they feed the fish; she was super friendly and took care of us. The pool was nice, but the fish tank was the coolest thing I’ve seen in a hotel. The beds were too soft for me.

The lobby area was great for everyone to sit around and hang out, but the manager who worked the Friday morning we arrived was not friendly at all, very rude, and refused to help us because it was before check‑in time. The lady who actually checked us in was amazing.
