I booked an executive room with twin beds but was first given a room with a double bed. I had to wait while the beds were separated and the room was rearranged, but the staff handled it quickly. A complimentary cup of tea or coffee during that wait would have been nice.

The room and food were good, but the Wi‑Fi didn’t reach the room—only the reception area had internet. They also didn’t set up the requested restaurant account, so I had to pay for the meal separately.
