I was shown a room that looked nothing like the photo; I would never have stayed if I’d known it was a “capsule” – a clear bait‑and‑switch. The actual room I ended up in was standard, cramped, and downright depressing.

Nothing noteworthy.

They change the toilet paper regularly and the room, though windowless, has air‑conditioning and a small fridge. The bathrooms were dirty, reminding me of a dormitory from school, the shower head leaked and even after cleaning there were hairs in the drain. During my six‑day stay the room was never serviced, the nightstand was tiny and odd, and none of the pictures on the website showed the actual room view, which turned out to be completely misleading.

The place was clean, the location was good and convenient, everything was close by. The price increased, and there was no breakfast.

The staff were very helpful and commendable.
