I booked only for half a day while waiting for my return flight; everything was fine. The room was luxurious and the welcome was superb.

The hotel sits in a perfect spot close to the airport and the room was super comfy with a gorgeous view – just make sure you ask for either ocean or Moorea view when you book, because the port view isn’t as nice. The pool was beautiful, the Wednesday‑night show was the highlight of our trip and the sunset over Moorea was stunning, plus the bar was excellent. Unfortunately the staff never replied to any of my messages on the booking site, which was the only hotel out of the seven we visited that did this, leaving us unsure whether to wait for their shuttle or grab a taxi and costing us a lot of time – a real disappointment.

The spa staff, especially Noemi and La Noa, were incredible—many thanks! On the last day they spent 15 minutes collecting the luggage even though the taxi was already waiting, and they never checked WhatsApp; you have to call instead.
