Economical with good value for money, it has the essentials, is clean, and the bathroom is tidy. I was given room 3, which was fine, but it could feel a bit more welcoming with some small touches; the bed creaked a bit, and I would definitely suggest replacing the abat‑jour that barely lights the room.

The owner was very friendly, and the house comes with a kitchen that’s handy for cooking meals, complete with dishes. Parking is plentiful on the street, so driving isn’t a problem; I could leave my car without any hassle. There’s WiFi too. I was happy with the location because I was driving (just 7 minutes from the city center) and needed to stay in the area for work. The only downside was the lack of shower gel, which I probably took for granted.
