The staff, especially the receptionist, were very friendly, kind and knowledgeable.

The homestyle buffet breakfast was great. There was a little noise from nearby nightclubs.

The rooms were very comfortable and spacious, and the hotel’s location made it easy to walk to attractions, catch the ferry on foot, and take a bus to the airport. It was also well situated, though it got a little noisy in the evenings, the music stopped before midnight.

The view of the old town was beautiful, and the room was bright and well equipped. However, the room was poorly insulated; you could hear people walking in the hallway and the water chairs from neighboring rooms. At night, a nightclub’s music could also be heard, and the bed was a bit firm.
