The location and food service were good, yet the cleanliness suffered, the smell of smoking was very evident, and even after a complaint the staff said we couldn’t do better.

The reception desk, managed by Mr. Rahul, fell short of professional hospitality standards. We booked a three‑night stay with breakfast included, yet upon arrival Rahul failed to add our names to the breakfast list—a humiliating oversight that left us disappointed with a brand as large as Ginger. Additionally, the breakfast itself was stale, repetitive, and unappealing.
