I requested a window or balcony, but the staff ignored me and gave me a balcony with air‑conditioners blasting heat, so it was terrible.

The location was good, but the mattresses were sagging, housekeeping was slow, the common areas had mold, not all rooms were renovated, and deep cleaning is urgently needed.

La ubicación. Estaba muy sucio, el club de playa estaba en construcción y había mucho polvo y tierra. Las albercas estában sucias y olían mucho a cloro, se veía que no las limpiaban diario. Las habitaciones necesitan limpieza profunda así como la ropa de cama y toallas del baño
