The place was gorgeous, and the bed and pillows were super comfy. Coffee, tea, and water were always on hand. The only small gripe was that there was no hair conditioner, but that wasn’t a big deal.

The room was beautifully decorated and met every need; everything was spotless and well presented. Even with the busy area, the sound from outside was surprisingly muted. The location was spot‑on and easy to reach, and we could store luggage before check‑in and after check‑out, which was fantastic. The only downside was that the toilet at reception was locked at night, which wasn’t clear from the original instructions, so when we went to pick up our luggage we were a bit surprised.

We only stayed two nights, but overall it was a very pleasant experience. The accommodation was comfortable and the location convenient. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The only issue was the bathroom door in Room Ciziano—a sliding door that was stuck and wouldn’t close. It took almost 26 hours after we reported it for the problem to be fixed, which was quite inconvenient.

The location is a huge plus! The apartment is situated right on the main square, making everything incredibly convenient. Complimentary coffee, tea, and cookies are also available, which is a lovely touch. I would say the cleanliness of the apartment was average at best. Our bed linens had stains and hairs on them, which wasn’t very pleasant, although the stains may have been ones that couldn’t be removed. There were no unpleasant odors, and overall, the apartment was decent considering its price

The staff were delightful and welcoming. The location was perfect, and the bedding was exceptionally comfortable. The bathroom and shower were a bit small, and there was no shelf or drawer for toiletries, which made storage a little difficult.
