We booked the Tucano chalet, but when we arrived they handed us a smaller one. The pictures promised a bigger space for more people, so it felt like a bait‑and‑switch. On top of that, there was no soap in the bathroom, the curtains didn’t reach the ceiling so morning light poured in and ruined sleep, breakfast was very basic for the price, and they didn’t even provide towels – they told us after we booked. Not the best experience.

The view was gorgeous, but the room was tiny. It felt cramped and you barely had space to move around. Good scenery, bad size.

They really go out of their way to make guests happy. Just a thought – a queen bed would make the stay even better.
