The room was dirty (table, floor, carpet), there were quite a few insects in it, the TV offered only two channels and those were almost unwatchable due to poor reception, and the bathroom had a broken shower holder.

Given our far‑off destination, the location of the stay was excellent, and the staff were welcoming and even helped us order dinner; we had everything we needed at the moment, and we have no complaints—everything matched what was advertised online.

1 – Is breakfast included? The room was empty at 8:30 am and, judging by its condition, I would be surprised if breakfast were served. 2 – The sheets were clean but stained.

The staff were extremely kind and pleasant, and the beds were clean and comfortable to sleep on, but the shower cabin was lacking.
