The room was small. I was extremely upset about the bed—it was slanted and felt broken. The couch was torn, and the room flooded when I woke up from my nap; I stepped into water. My birthday dress got soaked because it was hanging and touching the floor, so we had to be moved to a different hotel. I want a refund. Even after the transfer, I was disappointed with the new hotel; roaches scattered when we turned on the lights.

I was impressed by the smart TVs that let us stream our favorite shows and watch Netflix, but the constant banging on my wall made me feel unsafe, especially late at night when it felt like the police were coming; I complained several times, yet the staff made me feel like the problem and one person even got an attitude, so I almost called the cops.
