The setting is very quiet, tidy and clean, with no on‑site staff but everyone is reachable by phone and very friendly; it’s perfect for small children with plenty of play equipment. The downside is that other guests left their trash everywhere, and the supplied toys were broken; the fly screens could use some re‑treatment.

The property is well managed: firewood is restocked daily, the owner responds quickly, the air conditioning works well, it’s great for kids, and it’s a short 10‑15 minute drive from the beaches and amenities of Miedzyzdroje. The main issue was mosquitoes, so bring protection; the owner can’t do much about that, and the gravel parking lot is hard to exit because of low traction and spinning wheels.

A toaster and perhaps a small mini‑oven would be useful, and a couple of shelves on the bathroom wall would help; there are no places to put washing bags, for example.
