The location was a plus, but unfortunately, that was overshadowed by many problems.

I arrived to find the property locked and no one answered, which was a mess; after a whole day of driving in heavy rain I had to find another place.
“Property was closed”
There was nothing to say positively because the place was closed down, and it was closed without any notice.
“It sucked”
Nothing positive; the hotel was closed yet I still managed to book and pay, and after a 12‑hour drive I had to find another hotel before I could sleep.
“For the price that I paid for our stay, the facility needs some major upgrades.”
The location was convenient, but the elevator was out of order, the ice machine was broken, and we had to use our own batteries for the remote; even after asking the front desk for batteries, they didn’t work.
Nothing positive to mention; the place was not in order and shut down.
