“Great stay short visit unfortunately”
The room was clean, but I wasn’t expecting the furniture.

Mr. Art’s house is spotless and fully equipped—from the kitchen to the bathrooms. It’s also very close to the 165 bus stop. If you’re not someone who treats other people’s homes with care, respects elders, stays quiet, or is willing to leave a $100 USD cash deposit, then this isn’t for you. Mr. Art values order, cleanliness, and peace, and he’s protective of his belongings, so don’t touch them as a guest. He is a wonderful, cultured man, though I didn’t get to chat much because of the World Cup. I’d gladly stay with him again if I visit Atlanta. The only thing I’d suggest is installing blackout curtains to block early morning light.

The place was spotless and well kept.

The location was great, right next to the bus line, but the host was intrusive and wouldn’t let anyone else stay with us.

The host was insane—he had random people sleeping on the couches, freaked out when I was alone picking up my luggage to leave early, screamed that someone ate his cupcake from the fridge, and wouldn’t let me leave. He eventually returned part of my deposit and let me go. My partner and I were there just for a business trip and to sleep, yet we were given specific instructions about checking doors, then yelled at for following them exactly. This man should not be allowed to host guests in his home.
