The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the whole house had a pleasant vibe. The location was quiet and convenient for skiing, with easy access to Bad Gastein via the Stubnerkogel and Sportgastein via the Kreuzkogel.

The Slovak hosts and staff were very nice, courteous and friendly. There was a wide selection of breakfast and dinner. For a 3‑star hotel, this place is highly recommended. The hotel is very quiet, with a large parking lot. The only downside was the construction work on the floor above me during my arrival and the following days, but the host made sure I had quiet evenings.

The price‑quality ratio was excellent. It was ideal to drive to the slopes in 7 minutes. Breakfast was very good and generous. The room was clean and tidy👌

I had an amazing stay here - the staff were really friendly and the rooms were comfy. The amenities were pretty good too. My only gripes are that dinner service was a bit slow and the shower could've been stronger.
