I was close to the spot we wanted to visit, but the outdoor areas were not well maintained.

The rooms were huge, spotless, and the beds were comfy with crisp linens and thick towels; the bathroom felt modern with good shower pressure. It was quiet and surrounded by nature, and we could come and go as we pleased. The location was convenient for trips to Gradara and other charming villages, about 40 minutes from Urbino. However, the listing promised beautiful views, yet our windows faced a stack of plastic fruit crates and pallets, and the parking looked like a working farm; a bit more care over where to store extra items would help. Breakfast wasn’t included and we were directed to a local bar, which doesn’t match the typical B&B vibe.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful, the room was spotlessly clean, and I had absolute freedom; pets were allowed, so I was satisfied with these few days.
