The spot is spot‑on and strategic, and the cleanliness and staff friendliness are indescribable. It sits right next to the public bus station that connects to every city and beach in Santorini, beside a market and in the heart of Fira. Nothing to complain about—everything was perfect.

The location is very good—center, bus station, shops, bars and markets are all nearby. The room has a nice balcony. The owner family and the staff are very kind. The sink being in the room instead of the bathroom is not practical.

Staff were outstanding! Wish I had everyone's name so I could give compliments. But helpful and polite. Helpful with advice on time for port, offer fair taxi service to port, offer free coffee while you wait to go to port. Hotel is immaculately clean. Pool is very nice and refreshing.and super clean. Would recommend this place. Would stay here again. Nothing
