The hotel was beautiful, very clean, and modern; I enjoyed the included breakfast and the constant availability of tea and coffee. A car would have been ideal for this spot; we took the bus and walked a bit, though taxis are available.
“Ok if you have a car”
The room was okay, but there were no blinds or voile, so either curtains or a full view to outside; the nearest shop is 1 mile away and there are no local restaurants, so it’s not ideal without a car.
The décor is pretty, the room is nice, and breakfast is good. The initial greeting was a bit cold but later staff were friendly; however, a shuttle to the train station was missing.
The staff were welcoming and the breakfast was great; the whole place stayed very clean, quiet and peaceful, but the AC filters need cleaning.
“立地とコスパは良いけれど、設備面に改善の余地がある宿”
I liked that the hotel was fairly close to the live venue and cheaper than most nearby places, which made it handy for concerts, and the room was spacious, tidy and comfortable. The shared baths, however, were a problem – the women’s side was full of insects despite a net being provided, making me uneasy about hygiene, and with only two showers for women and three for men, we often saw six to eight people at once, leading to queues and awkward moments that could use fixing. Breakfast offered three choices, which was nice, yet because everything was pre‑cooked to match the serving time, I had to tell them in advance if I wanted my fried egg done a certain way; the side dishes weren’t to my taste – the pumpkin was bland and cold with lingering spices, and the carrot and daikon were thinly sliced and vinegared, which didn’t pair well with rice. Getting to the parking lot could be tricky when the road was blocked by cars, and at night the mountain road was almost unlit, forcing a very dark walk and feeling a bit unsafe even when driving, so better lighting and signage would help. Overall, fixing the insect issue in the baths, adding more showers, improving parking access and night‑time safety would make the stay much more pleasant.
