I appreciated how flexible the arrangements were, and there were no issues at all.

The place offered excellent value and was comfortable; each of the two rooms had its own door and a 3' wide hall between them, giving more privacy and sound insulation. The décor was nice, tile floors were spotless, and the finishes were high quality. The host was kind, attentive, and reachable via text without being intrusive.

What an awesome place to stay— the host was super communicative, very hospitable, and the guest house itself was clean and cozy! If you’re heading to or staying in the Tampa area, this spot is worth considering. I usually choose places based on cleanliness, and these folks outdid themselves! Very clean. I’d stay here again! The only downside is the guest bed feels a bit uncomfortable, but it’s a fold‑out couch, so that’s understandable.
