The hotel surpassed my expectations, looking extremely beautiful and tastefully designed, but the shower disappointed me; the electric shower had low pressure, which was a pity.

The room is spacious and comfortable. The hotel is away from the city center, in a quieter spot. Breakfast was good. The open areas of the hotel are well maintained and beautiful, and cleaning is good. There is room for improvement in maintenance: the wall in the room has a lower section with a sign, perhaps indicating a leak. In the bathroom, the faucet in the shower head comes loose (the fixing screw is missing). Since most guests go to see Serra da Capivara and other local attractions, I think the reception staff should receive better training to provide tourist information (maybe even a folder with the main points).
