Breakfast offered a good variety of dishes. Check‑out was quick, and the deposit refund was processed without any delay. The hotel strictly enforced its check‑in time, making us wait even for just 30 minutes before 2:00 PM.

I had a great experience at this hotel, with a beautiful and clean room that I would highly recommend. The location was also convenient, with shops, cafes, and massage parlors nearby. However, I was a bit disappointed with the mirrors and windows, which had annoying streaks.

We were initially excited to book a family room at this hotel, thinking it would be a great value for a four-star establishment. Unfortunately, the room was a letdown, with worn-out furniture and a kitchen that lacked the basic essentials. We asked for a better room, but it was only slightly improved, with a broken hair dryer and dirty floors. The air conditioning and fridge were both noisy, and there were no screens on the windows or doors to keep out mosquitoes.
