The place had a decent position, but the spa was poorly prepared—cold and it took 50 hours to warm up.

The rooms were lovely with great jacuzzis and good views. The restaurant was pretty good, but they handled too many orders incorrectly. The restaurant staff were friendly, and some front‑desk staff were excellent. Being so close to the lift was a plus. However, the restaurant messed up orders, and when they initially promised a birthday cake we were told a few days before departure that they couldn’t provide one. We had to park in a lower car park, and the car wouldn’t start when it was time to leave even though we’d filled it with alpine diesel. The designated parking spot was in the shade and in a wind tunnel, as the NRMA person mentioned. We called NRMA and it took a while for them to arrive and heat the fuel before we could leave. I asked the desk for a short checkout extension, and they said I’d have to pay an extra day's cost even for just an hour. Since we paid for 13 people for five days, I felt that was unfair for a brief delay beyond our control. Luckily, another staff member assured me that a short extension would be fine. Aside from that, everything else went smoothly and we had a fantastic time in the snow with three generations for my husband’s 80th birthday.

*Good stay, but a few issues* Overall everything was perfect and the location was great. Just a few things: 1. *Hair dryer* - They mentioned it’s provided in the room, but I looked everywhere and couldn’t find one. 2. *No phone in room* - There was no phone to contact reception. The only option was to go down and inform the staff in person. Other than that, the stay was good

The rooms had excellent facilities, the beds were comfortable, pillows were comfy, there was plenty of space for a family, and the location was great.
