The staff on the 26th were friendly, yet the room was hot and lacked air conditioning or a fan, forcing me to open the window that looked out onto bright lights and a mosquito-infested area; a towel was missing, the overall condition was poor—not dirty, but in terrible shape, with paint peeling everywhere, moldy or blackened joints, a shower head clogged with limescale, blocked drainage, and a torn shower hose; paying 90 for the night was dreadful, especially compared to a first‑class highway hotel that does a lot better.

The cleaning person knocked at 9 am and entered the room while I was sleeping, even though the room was available until 11 am, which was completely unacceptable.

The self‑check‑in kiosk didn’t work with my Booking reservation, forcing me to pay the room rate twice after 50 minutes of phone trouble with Booking; it’s disgraceful, especially since the hotel’s phone number was also inconsistent.
