“Overall as usual it was nice stay. staff at front desk was very nice. location is nice.”

I skipped the hotel breakfast this time, but otherwise it usually offers a nice spread. The chef always tailors the menu to different cultures and backgrounds. The real issue was the empty cutlery and plates from room service that stayed outside my next room all night; even after asking multiple staff members, they never removed them. That kind of carelessness is unacceptable.

“Location, comfort and amenities were all good. The cigarette smoke recirculation via ventilation system wasn’t pleasant.”

The spot is great, but the centralized AC let cigarette smoke drift into our non‑smoking room.

The staff were very nice. The hotel is central but not a very busy street. The room was big. The bathroom door was dirty. There was half a cigarette on the floor. After the 1st night some insects invaded the bathroom. I asked to clean it and it was not done. The bathroom is old. Even the sheets are old
