The location, cleanliness, and comfort inside were great, but the room was very small.

I have stayed at this hotel for about two years now; the location is convenient and there are several breakfast options. However, recently I had some complaints: the air conditioner in my room and throughout the hotel was not working the last time, and this time there was an unpleasant odor coming from the bathroom in the room. According to other guests, the smell is present in almost all rooms. I asked to be moved to a different room, but they never did, so I had to stay there anyway. I will not plan to stay at Hotel Kokshatau again.
