The lobby receptionist was kind. The room had no air; windows could not be opened and the AC and air purifier were useless, which literally gave me a headache.

I appreciated having coffee and manga within reach, but the washing machines left a smell on the laundry and there’s only one elevator for ten floors, which is too few. I ended up waiting five minutes because there’s no staircase except the emergency ones.

The manga vibe in the lobby and the room itself were pleasant, and the location is very convenient with many shops nearby. However, there was a major mix‑up about breakfast: the information on the check‑in packet promised a flexible breakfast option, but the front desk had different instructions.
