The room is spacious. The hotel is a renovated two‑storey old building, the luxury room does not match the price, windowsills are dusty, there’s a huge gap under the entrance door, the bathroom cubicle isn’t sealed so all the water leaks outside, the table legs are made of weak wire. Wi‑Fi is very weak.

I live in Kazakhstan, not Russia, and the receptionist woman didn’t understand a single word I said, and she didn’t even come to the desk; I see this as a form of Nazism and refusal to obey.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The mornings were a bit noisy.

The TV didn’t work, the kettle was only on the 1st floor, and the soundproofing was poor. The Wi‑Fi password is not asked for.

The location is good, there’s a shop called “Anvar” nearby, and two dining halls, Tagam and Aport, are in close proximity. The staff member Sara stood out for her attentiveness. Overall the place is clean, cozy, and warm, and there’s a smart TV.
